Iteris is seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic professional to work closely with our Project Development team, project managers, and subject matter experts to drive innovative mobility solutions. In this role, you will coordinate proposal logistics, track and monitor public agency leads, prepare content, produce proposals, and support various deliverables, often handling multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines. What you will be doing:

+ Collaborates with our other Proposal Coordinators, Regional Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts, to help develop compelling proposals, analyze RFP requirements, check compliance, and production

+ Support proposal teams responding to Request for Proposal (RFPs) and Request For Qualifications (RFQs), pre-qualification applications and registrations, etc.

+ Collecting data from a variety of contributors across multiple departments or functional areas, formatting proposals according to submission requirements, tracking deadlines, and monitoring the status of submitted proposals

+ Collecting, coordinating, and managing collateral and information from outside firms promptly to meet deadlines

+ Coordinate proposal materials (graphics, text, forms, and subconsultant material) into a polished package

+ Develop proposals and supporting materials; writing and editing non-technical sections

+ Produce qualifications packages, customize resumes, project descriptions, and other custom marketing materials

+ Assist in managing opportunity and pipeline database management compliance procedures and administrative support

+ Manage subcontractor coordination on proposal pursuits and proposal compliance

+ Assist with developing and maintaining the content library

+ Format interview presentations using PowerPoint templates

+ Assist with other proposal and marketing tasks as required

+ Ability to create and manage production schedules

What you need to be successful in this role:

+ Bachelor's Degree Required, Field of Study: Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications or related field

+ APMP Certification (desired)

+ Minimum two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a professional office setting; 1 to 3 years of experience in proposal coordination and graphics for A/E/C firms

+ Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)

+ Microsoft Office

+ Accuracy - perform work accurately and thoroughly

+ Communication - Strong technical writing, editing, and interpersonal

+ Detail Oriented - attention to the minute details of a project or task

+ Organizational skills -- structured and methodical in working skills

+ Time Management - organize and complete work within given deadlines

+ Working Under Pressure - complete assigned tasks under stressful/time-sensitive situations

+ Artistic, creative individual

Iteris anticipates paying an hourly rate between $38.00 and $42.00 for this role. Actual pay offered may be below or above these amounts, depending on the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
