Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full\-time Subcontract Administrator\. In this role, you will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types\. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts\. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts\. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures\. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority\. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of sourcing, operations, logistics and/or planning\.

Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related discipline

Experience of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis

Desired Skills:

Works independently and in a collaborative and team\-based environment

Experience with multi\-tasking and managing competing priorities

Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions

Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation \(FAR\) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement \(DFARS\)

Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes \(SAP\) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay\.

Developing Project/Program Management skills

Written and verbal communication and organization skills

Demonstrated sense of urgency, self\-motivated

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
