    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

    + Coordinate and support plant personnel to meet production goals and resolve operational issues.

    + Monitor equipment performance and assist with maintenance planning and troubleshooting.

    + Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

    + Communicate effectively with management and other departments to support continuous improvement.

    + Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.

    + Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations, equipment, and safety practices.

    + Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
