    Hybrid - 3 days in office

    **Objective of Position** : The Treasury Management Onboarding Solutions Specialist is responsible for conducting gap analyses, designing client solutions, managing onboarding projects, and providing ongoing support for business customers using Treasury Management systems. This role ensures seamless implementation and operational integrity while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Conducts comprehensive gap analyses to identify client needs and align Treasury Management solutions accordingly.

    + Designs and recommends customized onboarding solutions for business clients across various Treasury Management platforms.

    + Leads end-to-end onboarding projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

    + Develops and manages detailed project plans for complex implementations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

    + Coordinates and facilitates client onboarding meetings, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

    + Oversees product implementation, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and processes.

    + Provides daily support to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, billing, transaction limit change requests, and system navigation assistance.

    + Explains policies and procedures and identifies and resolves system-related issues, escalating as needed to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.

    + Ensures all onboarding activities comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    + Maintains operational integrity of client accounts and processes throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

    + Collaborates with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, Operations, and IT to ensure client satisfaction.

    + Interface with key contacts at the bank’s back-office payment processor to understand capabilities, request Statements of Work (SOWs), and coordinate the implementation or modification of services.

    + Provides secondary support for escalated client issue resolution after hours. Performs maintenance requests for cash management products.

    + Assists with regular risk reviews and audits of cash management products and provides operational reporting.

    + Conducts training sessions for business clients on Treasury Management products, ensuring effective understanding and adoption.

    + Assists in the preparation of customer-facing and internal communications, including onboarding materials, product documentation, and support resources.

    + Conducts periodic pricing reviews and perform monthly analysis of account statements to ensure accuracy and alignment with client agreements.

    + Continuously seeks opportunities to improve onboarding processes and enhance the client experience.

    + All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications** **:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

    + 4+ years’ prior experience in a similar role.

    + AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) preferred.

    + Strong understanding of common file formats used for payment and transaction processing both for client-submitted and bank-provided files.

    + In-depth knowledge of account analysis and treasury management products and services.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability communicate complicated information to customers in a clear and concise manner.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple tasks.

    + Demonstrates and promotes high ethical standards and behavior.

    + Ability to adapt to change and supports others in navigating transitions, fostering resilience and flexibility in dynamic environments.

    + Ability to make accurate and timely decisions under pressure, maintaining professionalism and sound judgment in high-stakes situations.

    + Excellent process and procedural knowledge, advanced team building and collaboration skills to manage the diverse services provided.

    + Fosters open communication among various teams and departments.

    + High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite.

    Physical Demands/Work Environment:

    Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

This role allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, with occasional visits to the office based on business needs. Specific in-office days may vary and will be discussed during the interview process.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

     

    The salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $95,000.

     

    In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off and much more! Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
