The starting pay rate for this position is $15.00/hr with minimal experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

+ High school diploma or equivalent **OR** at least six months of related experience/training

+ Ability to read a tape measure

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired, but not required. Do you have a passion for building? Are you attentive to safety? WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is **6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday** .

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, occasional scheduling changes may be required.

**FLSA Status:** Non-exempt

**Summary** Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Measure, cut, and install tiles according to project specifications and design plans.

+ Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and other materials.

+ Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.

+ Keeps area neat and clean.

+ Read and use a tape measure

+ Read blue prints and orders

+ Communicate well with coworkers

+ Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
