    Adecco is assisting a local client with hiring a Customer Service Representative in Sterling, VA. This company is a leading North American distributor of Italian porcelain tile, known for premium quality products and exceptional customer service. The Sterling, VA location is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join their team and play a key role in supporting customers and internal operations.

    Position Summary

    In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, process orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with sales associates, warehouse staff, and other departments to provide seamless service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

    + Process orders accurately and track delivery status.

    + Handle claims and resolve customer issues promptly.

    + Coordinate with sales representatives and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

    + Prepare shipping, billing, and other related documentation.

    + Maintain accurate customer and order records; generate basic reports as needed.

    + Support the sales team and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

    + Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience.

    + Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math skills.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

    + Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.

    Competencies

    + Applies conceptual knowledge of established procedures and practices.

    + Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

    + High level of integrity when handling confidential data.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
