    Now Hiring: HYBRID Customer Service Representative - Irving, TX!

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, coordinate prescription shipments, and maintain accurate patient records—delivering exceptional service while upholding regulatory compliance.

     

    **Pay Rate:** The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 17 and $19/hr. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, with shifts between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM CST.

     

    Typical start times range from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM (final schedule assigned upon hire).

     

    **Location:** Irving, TX

    Responsibilities

    Patient Communication & Support

    • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance to patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.

    • Initiate outbound calls to gather information and coordinate prescriptions.

    Prescription Coordination

    • Schedule initial and refill medication shipments accurately and efficiently.

    • Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.

    Record Management

    • Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with company policies.

    • Update patient profiles and documentation as needed.

    Compliance & Confidentiality

    • Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable federal and state regulations.

    • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.

    Collaboration & Initiative

    • Work closely with team members, leadership, pharmacists, and third-party hubs to resolve escalations and enhance patient experience.

    • Support cross-functional activities, including prescriber calls and shipment-related inquiries.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

    • Previous experience in healthcare or a call center strongly preferred.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
