Member Services Representative– Medicare Part D Enrollment
Training: 4–6 weeks, M–F, 8 AM–5 PM CST (attendance required)
Pay Rate: $18 - $18.41/HR (Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.)

Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator III to provide administrative, analytical, and communication support to the Merchandising Team while serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Medicare Part D enrollment. This role combines front-line customer service with compliance expertise in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to VP and Sr. Director (calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, budget tracking, and material preparation)
+ Run daily, seasonal, and vendor reports; analyze market data; support strategic decision-making
+ Prepare presentations and communications for cross-functional teams and external partners
+ Serve as SME on CMS guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment and ensure compliance standards are met
+ Handle inbound calls (no sales) from members, providers, and prospective members regarding benefits, pharmacy services, and provider listings
Requirements:
+ Must reside in Oklahoma with reliable, hardwired internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
+ 3+ years’ experience with CMS Medicare Part D guidelines or similar regulatory environment
+ Heathcare insurance and call center experience preferred
+ Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
+ High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $18.41 per day
