What you’ll do as a Sr Analyst, Contractor Licensing
+ Coordinate and manage the end-to-life-cycle process for obtaining new contractor licenses, renewals, and amendments in all jurisdictions for a portfolio of companies.
+ Research and stay current on diverse licensing requirements, regulations, and reciprocity agreements across various states.
+ Prepare, review, and submit accurate and complete license applications, ensuring all supporting documentation.
+ Track and manage license expiration dates, initiating renewal processes in advance to prevent lapses.
+ Maintain a comprehensive, centralized database for all contractor licenses, permits, applications, and related documentation.
+ Act as the primary liaison between the companies within the portfolio and various regulatory agencies.
+ Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to gather necessary information and documentation.
+ Communicate effectively with qualifying parties, ensuring they meet all requirements and are prepared for any necessary examinations or interviews.
What you’ll need
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
+ 3-5 years of experience specializing in contractor licensing, permitting, or a related compliance role
+ Proven track record of managing licensing for multiple entities or across diverse jurisdictions
+ Experience with a national company or a portfolio of companies with widespread operations is highly desirable

+ Proficient in using licensing management software or robust database systems
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

+ **Routinely:** Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.
+ **Occasionally:** Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training.
