    + Salary: $121,000 - $151,000 plus annual target bonus

    Position Responsibilities:

    + This role will identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity as the Manufacturing Manager

    + The Manufacturing Operations Manager develops and executes one-year and three-year business plans supporting the company and local market objectives

    + You will translate manufacturing plant goals to the manufacturing team ensuring alignment on relevant performance data and maximization on supply chain performance

    + The Manufacturing Manager represents the company and its interests in the community with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations

    + This position ensures the service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications

    + Additionally, you will review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain a long-term vision through process improvement

    + Other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    + Master’s degree
