Job Description
Are you passionate about optimizing HR technology and processes to create meaningful impact? We’re seeking an **HR Systems Specialist** to join our collaborative and high-performing HR Systems team. In this role, you’ll leverage your Workday expertise to streamline workflows, enhance functionality, and mentor colleagues — all while contributing to initiatives that support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with HR Systems Leadership and team members to meet department objectives and drive process improvements.
+ Configure and optimize Workday business processes, workflows, and functionality to maximize system capabilities.
+ Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to team members, fostering skill growth and collaboration.
+ Support non-system HR processes as needed to ensure operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 5+ years’ experience in HR business processes and/or HR software.
+ Hands-on Workday experience, including reporting.
+ Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively.
+ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft systems and adaptability to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 4–5 years of experience in Workday support and business process configuration.
+ 2–3 years of experience with Workday reporting and dashboards.
+ Familiarity with additional HR and/or reporting systems.
