We are looking for a Product Factory Analyst to join our team Nationwide!
Summary:
Product Factory Analyst supports Product Factory activities and coordination between Actuarial, Compliance, IT and Underwriting throughout the lifecycle of Product and Policy Administration System changes.
A typical day will include the following:
+ Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, and IT teams to gather and document business rules and implementation timelines.
+ Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of product specifications into system solutions.
+ Coordinate and monitor progress of product development projects through the product factory pipeline.
+ Support and execute UAT testing activities, including writing test cases, managing defect tracking, and validating business functionality.
+ Assist in issue triage and resolution during testing phases to ensure product integrity and compliance with business requirements.
+ Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance product factory efficiency and cross-team communication.
+ Track and report key project milestones and potential risks to stakeholders and leadership.
+ Support change management processes including impact assessments and stakeholder communications.
+ Champions organization-wide change. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and success of project outcomes.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Risk Management, Information Technology or a related field
+ Min 2 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or a similar role within insurance or financial services
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, and IT.
+ Strong understanding of UAT processes and defect management tools.
+ Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle and regulatory/compliance considerations.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical and business concepts.
+ Ability to adapt and support organizational change and advancement across business and technology.
Salary:
+ National Range - $75,190 - $84,035
+ Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location
