We are looking for a Sr. Change Management Specialist to join our team Nationwide!
Summary:
Develops and implements plans for organizational transitions to ensure changes are adopted smoothly and with minimal disruption to operations.
A typical day will include the following:
+ Plan and lead OCM activities across the organization for assigned projects
+ Embed in project teams to perform assessments of change and adoption challenges for stakeholder cohorts at all levels of the organization
+ Identify and coordinate a matrixed, cross-functional team to create and deliver OCM services
+ Develop communications, job aids, and support processes for product, process, or technology changes
+ Provide ongoing support to employees during the testing and implementation of new projects
+ Monitor, measure, and assess the effectiveness of OCM activities to make adjustments to the plan
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or a related field
+ 5+ years experience developing communications, training, and transitional plans for large-scale organizational changes
+ 3+ years experience leading cross-functional teams (Change Manager or similar role) preferably in insurance or financial services
+ High attention to detail with exceptional writing, editing, and speaking skills
+ Creative thinking with an ability to generate innovative and engaging content idea
+ Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills
+ Adept at working independently and in a collaborative team environment under time pressure
+ Tolerant of ambiguity with flexibility to adapt to change
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite
+ Proficiency in WalkMe or a comparable digital adoption platform (DAP) preferred
+ Proficiency in Vyond, Scribe, or comparable tools
Salary:
+ National Range - $123,360 - $145,130
+ Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location
