Responsibilities

As an R&D Program Manager you will be responsible for managing the execution of projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technicalcapabilities to manage a wide variety of projects

• Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk andensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies

• Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

• Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models

• Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope

• Provides solutions which may set precedent

• Independently determines method for completion of new projects

• Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Requires a minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent education and experience; Or 6+ years and a Master's degree; Or a PhD with 3+ years experience; or equivalent experience.Where required, the role must hold an appropriate degree in the industry (eg. Legal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of critical chain project management techniques and AGILE project management principles

• Ability to lead team toward operational objectives

• Aptitude to contribute to strategic goal-setting for department/business uni
