    About the RoleAs Real Estate Operations Analyst, you will manage requests, documentation,communication and quality assurance related to teamwork assignments for their respective territories. You will also create and implement Portfolio Managementprocesses to maximize productivity and contributions to company-wide goals and initiatives.

     

    What You’ll Do● Serve as the central point of contact for an assigned territory to resolveoperational issues affecting our properties● Actively communicate and form relationships with landlords and brokers,establishing the credibility to discuss approvals and other requests fromdevelopers and co-tenants for changes to existing contracts● Support real estate legal counsel in documenting real estate transactions● Review and research real estate legal documents to provide interpretation tointernal business partners, maintaining document integrity and collaboratingwith Kohl’s legal team to minimize risk● Analyze and abstract executed leases and other property documentation,organizing important property information through data input into propertymanagement software● Manage critical dates in property management software to ensure pertinentdates and deadlines are met● Maintain and update appropriate records when new lease amendments,letter agreements and similar documents are received● Partner with finance, facilities, and risk management in the initial setup andadministration of new stores to ensure the accuracy of lease accounting andinsurance data● Respond to inquiries from corporate and store personnel regarding propertyinformation to support high-quality ongoing operations● Collaborate with internal business partners to obtain pertinent post-closingdocumentation● Additional tasks may be assigned

     

    What Skills You HaveRequired● 3+ years of relevant work experience● Experience handling and prioritizing multiple tasks of varying complexity

     

    • Understanding of Real Estate transactions● Strong written and verbal communication skills● Working knowledge of basic financial computationsPreferred● Education or knowledge in Real Estate documentation● Working knowledge of basic financial computations● Knowledge of database applications
