    Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government company is seeking a Engineer Associate III with a Top-Secret clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington, DC.

    Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    + Translate applications requirements into web-based solutions using available technology

    + Apply new and emerging technologies to the software development process

    + Knowledgeable in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis through testing, using Internet/intranet technology

    + Knowledgeable in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users

    + Present system designs for user approval at formal reviews

    + Perform configuration management, software integration, and interpretation of software test results, as well as recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results

    + Knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management

    + Provide solutions to identify software problem reports

    + Support Senior Program Manager in managing all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. Demonstrates writing and oral communication skills

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree or Graduate degree in a related field

    + State Department experience preferred

    + Able to be available for overseas travel

    + Able to work effectively with high-ranking officials of the State Department, other government agencies, and foreign governments

    + Have a strong understanding of the paper process at the State Department and other State Department procedures, such as travel planning and execution

    + Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

    + Top-Secret clearance required
