    IBHS at KidsPeace provides evidence based ABA therapy across flexible settings -home, school, or community- to build essential social and behavioral skills for children with autism.

    What we are looking for:

    The Clinical Supervisor for Group Services provides oversight, supervision, administrative and clinical leadership for the IBHS Afterschool program. They will oversee assessments, treatment plans, and day-to-day program operations. This position supervises the Assistant Supervisor and any additional Behavior Consultants, and provides clinical supervision to all Behavioral Health Technicians (both Lead and Site-Based). In partnership with the Assistant Supervisor, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for program quality, staff supervision, client satisfaction, budget monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

    Qualifications:

    Masters Degree along with a current PA Behavior Specialist License.

    Meet one of the following:

    + Licensed with a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate.

    + Licensed with at least one year of full-time ABA experience and at least 12 ABA credits.

    + Licensed with a minimum of one year of full-time ABA experience under the supervision of a BCBA.

    + REQUIRED - Behavioral Specialist License
