Our client, a leader in the printing industry, is seeking a Field Technician to join their team. As a Field Technician, you will be part of the technical support team supporting the greater Salt Lake City Area. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Utah, UT

What's the Job?

+ Provide direct post-sales systems onsite technical support for reactive and proactive customers.

+ Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

+ Manage the onsite delivery of knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical job skills, pre-sales, post-sales, or service delivery support.

+ Ensure clear business and technical solution alignment by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.

+ Support customers and training needs with approximately 50% travel required.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

+ 2-4 years of working experience in related fields or a degree holder with 1-2 years relevant working experience.

+ Thorough understanding of Mechanical and Electrical machine repair.

+ Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

+ Strong problem resolution skills and independent judgment.
