• HR/Recruiting Coordinator Intern

    FocusKPI Inc. (Santa Clara, CA)


    FocusKPI, Inc. is looking for a coordinator intern, which entails providing HR/Recruiting support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the development of HR functions in a phase of organizational growth and development. This is an internship to full-time position with negotiable pay rate.

     

    Type: Full-Time 40hr/week,  Unpaid Internship Program

    Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    HR:

    + Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.

    + Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents.

    + Maintaining HR department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

    + Communicates with employees about their personnel documentation and answers specific HR questions of employees.

    + Interacting with health and benefit administrator and brokers.

    + Helping HR manager with new hire onboarding, which includes issuing the offer letter, triggering the background check, and all onboarding procedures.

    Recruiting:

    + Helping recruiting team with sourcing qualified candidates, contacting candidates and coordinating the interviews

    Requirements:

    + Excellent written and verbal communications skills;

    + Education: Bachelor's Degree required

    + Detail oriented and self-learning

    + Bilingual Mandarin-speaking is a plus
