    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in the Blaine area.. In this role, you will apply your expertise in financial systems and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational success. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation are highly valued. Seeking the following expertise:

     

    Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

    + Solid accounting foundation

    + Proven global consolidation experience

    + Familiarity with GAAP audit processes

    + Strong system proficiency (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Great Plains, or similar)

    + Experience working with foreign entities

    + Exposure to multi-entity environments

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    + Detail-oriented, adaptable to ambiguity, and able to influence cross-functional teams

    Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

     

    • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are preferred.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or consolidation roles.

    • Proficiency in financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Great Plains, or similar tools.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

    • Experience with foreign currency translation and its impact on financial reporting.

    • Background in working with multi-unit domestic and international organizations is preferred.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
