Description We are looking for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor with strong attention to detail to oversee key financial activities and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. In this role, you will lead accounting processes, maintain compliance with regulations, and support audits while enhancing organizational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded.

• Coordinate and support financial statement audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving inquiries.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain integrity across financial records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements in all financial operations.

• Develop and implement best practices for accounting processes and procedures.

• Provide leadership and guidance to entry-level accounting staff, fostering their growth and development.

• Monitor financial trends and provide insights to support decision-making. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in accounting management or supervisory roles.

• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and general ledger management.

• Expertise in preparing and reviewing journal entries.

• Familiarity with financial statement audits and account reconciliation practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
