You’ll manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.     **Salary Range:** $90K–$120K (based on experience)

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from planning to final handover

    + Review plans, specifications, and contracts for compliance and constructability

    + Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost forecasting to keep projects on target

    + Lead coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and regulatory agencies

    + Ensure top-tier safety standards and adherence to OSHA requirements

    + Build strong relationships with clients and project partners

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

    + 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential project management

    + Proficiency with Procore, Sage 300 CRE, and Bluebeam

    + Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
