    Adecco is hiring immediately for a **_HR Specialist_** with a local client in **Morristown, NJ** ! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

     

    + **Contract Type:** Temp (5 months)

    + **Pay:** $55.99 / hr

    + **Shift/Hours:** 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST / Monday-Friday

    Essential Duties:

    • Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, partners, and vendors.

    • Partner with Hiring Managers to execute talent acquisition strategies.

    • Lead Recruiting Strategy Discussions to align on expectations and deliverables.

    • Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.

    • Communicate regularly with clients and People Business Partners on search status.

    • Use innovative and aggressive recruitment methods to attract top talent.

    • Guide clients through recruitment processes including Workday ATS usage.

    • Employ passive and active sourcing strategies to build candidate networks.

    • Advise on candidate assessment, selection, and offer recommendations.

    • Negotiate employment offers and close candidates effectively.

    • Stay informed on labor market trends and provide strategic insights.

    • Identify and resolve recruitment challenges proactively.

    At a minimum, you’ll need:

    Minimum:

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + 3+ years of recruitment experience, especially for corporate functions (HR, finance, legal, etc.).

    + Proven end-to-end recruitment process experience.

    + Experience with full-cycle sourcing initiatives.

    Preferred:

    + Recruitment experience in medical, life sciences, biotech, pharma, or similar industries.

    + Experience recruiting for Corporate Functions or Commercial roles in mid-to-large organizations.

    + Familiarity with Workday ATS.

    + Skilled in various sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).

    + Strong candidate experience management.

    + Behavioral-based interviewing experience.

    + Experience with retained searches and search firms.

    + Strong business acumen; AIRS certification is a plus.

    **Pay Details:** $55.99 per hour
