    Internship Description

    The Financial Risk team is responsible for managing the Company’s investment, capital markets, asset and liability management and product related risk. The team is dynamic and collaborative with opportunities for cross-collaboration across braoder financial and enterpriese risk projects and initiatives.

     

    As an integral part of the team, you will use your critical thinking skills and driven mindset to solve real business and capital problems, collaborate with our actuarial, hedging and investment teams to come up with insights for the Finance and Risk organization.

     

    Internship Details

     

    Dates: Nine week program starting in early June 2026

     

    Work Environment: Hybrid / Flexible (required to be in the office 4 days/week)

     

    Hourly Rate: $22/hour

    Qualifications

    + Rising senior in undergraduate/graduate program

    + Mathematical, Statistics, Economics or Finance background

    + Basic knowledge of financial instruments and models

    + Willing to work in a high-impact effective team

    + Able to work independently under mentorship of senior team members

    + Able to work alongside different groups and departments to resolve operational issues

    + Ability to work during the full 9-week program

    Competencies and Skills

    + **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision.

    + **Managing Multiple Priorities:** Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, project, groups or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

    + **Adapts and learns:** Actively learns and adapts through experimentation when tackling new problems and situations, using both successes and failures to develop and learn.
