    Civil Engineer – Land Development

    **Location:** Cornelia, GA | Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM (occasional Flexible Remote Options)

    **Salary:** $85K–$115K DOE, 2 Weeks PTO, $400/month Health Insurance Supplement

    What You’ll Do:

    + Manage land development projects from design through permitting

    + Prepare site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility plans

    + Work directly with clients, contractors, and agencies

    + Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm growth

    What You’ll Need:

    + 4+ years of civil engineering experience (land development preferred)

    + GA PE license or EIT actively pursuing licensure

    + Proficiency in Civil3D or Carlson (training provided)

    + Strong communication and independent work skills

    + Must be local or willing to relocate
