What You Will Do
+ Sort & Identify incoming electronic equipment according to customer specifications.
+ Data Entry & Tracking – Scan serial numbers, log details in databases, and create Excel reports.
+ Physical Handling – Move skids, boxes, and large containers (with equipment assistance), shrink wrap pallets, and relocate items within the facility.
+ Secure Data Management – Remove hard drives and other components for secure destruction.
+ Support Team Workflow – Assist with organizing incoming loads, removing labels and cartridges, and delivering materials to designated areas.
+ Maintain Accurate Records – Complete tracking forms and production sheets
Who We Are Looking For
+ Entry-level candidates welcome — training provided.
+ Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (not an office) with moderate noise and physical activity.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
+ A team player with good communication skills.
+ Able to use PPE, barcode scanners, and basic hand tools.
Work Environment
This is an active, warehouse-based position where you’ll be on your feet most of the day. You’ll split your time between physical equipment handling and computer-based data entry.
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm = No Nights/Weekends!
Pay:Up to$18.50/hour, includes a $4,000 yearly production incentive (paid quarterly)

Position Requirements
Qualified applicants must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds in a fast paced environment. This position requires standing, bending, kneeling, walking and may include climbing short ladders.
About the OrganizationEWASTE+ is a R2/RIOS Certified Electronics Recycler ITAD company and a licensed NAID AAA Certified Data Destruction Contractor.
EWASTE+ focuses on the recovery of value from idle, obsolete and excess electronic equipment and operates a large-scale processing facility in Victor, New York (near Rochester) and two regional consolidation facilities in Albany and New York City. In 2025, EWASTE+ expanded its footprint by adding Take 2 Recycling, based in Waterbury, Connecticut, enhancing its service reach across the Northeast.
The company utilizes environmentally sound processing methods that maximize value and recovery while eliminating disposal of electronics in landfills.
