Job Summary

Fuel the fan experience! As General Manager of Concessions, you will lead all concession operations, ensuring speed, service, and sales meet the highest standards. You’ll manage a diverse team, coordinate with vendors and partners, and drive a dynamic event-day atmosphere that delivers excellence to every guest.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

+ 5+ years of experience in foodservice, concessions, or high-volume operations

+ Proficient in inventory management and POS systems

+ Knowledge of food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation regulations

+ ServSafe and local certifications (as required)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead, schedule, and train all concessions team members

+ Oversee concession stands, kiosks, and portable units during events

+ Monitor inventory, purchasing, and product availability

+ Partner with culinary and purchasing teams to ensure efficient operations

+ Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

+ Analyze financial performance and implement improvements
