    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service-oriented **Food and Beverage Runner** to join our dynamic **Concessions** team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food and beverage and other assigned items to departments in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

    + Assist suitemates with large orders, restocking, and other assigned duties.

    + Communicating effectively with suitemates, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure compliance by maintaining company standards.

    + Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment. Provide feedback to supervisors.

    + Cleanliness by keeping work areas and equipment clean, including following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

    + Communicating with guests, including responding to customer requests and complaints to ensure Service Excellence.

    + Performs other assigned duties.

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Concessions, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.

    + Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.

    + Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.

    + Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.

    + Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
