    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Server Assistant** to join our **Luxury** **Premium Clubs** team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the Yuengling Flight Club and providing backup assistance to servers during dinner service.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Sets tables and bussing stations prior to doors opening

    + Buses tables, refills water glasses, resets tables and stocks supplies during dinner service

    + Cleans workspace and pantries at the end of each event by following sanitation procedures

    + Helps create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promotes a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates

    + Exhibits exceptional communication skills with all management, staff and guests

    + Gets along well with others, demonstrates flexibility and patience; possesses an interest in people; Maintains composure under pressure

    + Demonstrates knowledge of building amenities to answer guest questions and provide directions

    + Assists other premium club locations as requested

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/Hospitality, Club, or Full-Service Restaurant experience.

    + Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.

    + Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.

    + Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.

    + Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment, including standing for long periods.
