    Job Summary

    Job Description:

    Set the course for excellence! As Vice President of Hospitality Strategy, you’ll drive innovation, elevate guest experiences, and shape strategic initiatives that align with Levy’s vision. You will oversee long-term planning, data-driven performance, and operational alignment across departments.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

    + 8+ years of experience in hospitality leadership or strategic operations

    + Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership

    + Experience using analytics and insights to inform business decisions

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead development and execution of hospitality strategy and guest experience enhancements

    + Oversee multi-department collaboration to meet operational goals

    + Analyze performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments

    + Guide innovation and process improvements across all hospitality areas

    + Represent Levy in key client and stakeholder meetings
