    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented food and beverage **Suites Supervisor** to join our **Luxury** **Premium Suites** team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations of a premium food and beverage department and will perform a variety of duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Manages premium food and beverage operations, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.

    + Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.

    + Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.

    + Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.

    + Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Highschool Diploma or GED.

    + Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.

    + Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.

    + Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.

    + Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.

    + Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.

    + Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
