    Job Summary

    The United Center is the largest arena in the United States and is located near the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. The United Center hosts concerts, other events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League and the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association.

    Position Summary:

    The Suites Loft Pantry Coordinator supports premium service by managing the flow of food and beverage orders between the kitchen and loft attendants. This role ensures orders are accurate, timely, and up to quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and stage food orders for delivery to loft suites

    + Ensure accurate portioning, presentation, and handling of special requests

    + Maintain food safety and temperature control during staging

    + Track order times and communicate delays or shortages

    + Keep expediting area clean and organized

    + Assist with basic plating and support service staff during peak times

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in premium service or high-volume food environments preferred

    + ServSafe certified or knowledgeable in food safety standards

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting
