Job Summary

Bring your culinary leadership to a dynamic, multi-unit environment where creativity meets precision. Restaurant Associates is seeking an **Executive Chef** to oversee commissary production and café operations. From high-volume prep to curated on-site service, you’ll lead with excellence, flavor, and a passion for quality.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead all culinary operations across our commissary and cafés

+ Inspire, train, and manage a dedicated culinary team

+ Design and implement seasonal, trend-forward menus

+ Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations

+ Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation standards

+ Launch new culinary initiatives in partnership with our corporate marketing and innovation teams

What You Bring:

+ Culinary degree preferred; strong culinary credentials required

+ 3–5 years of culinary leadership in high-volume production and/or catering

+ Proven ability to manage costs and streamline operations

+ A hands-on, team-first approach and a passion for hospitality

+ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
