+ Quality Control: Vision inspection system programming and implementation.

This is a diverse, hands-on role ideal for engineers who thrive in a multifaceted environment and are eager to grow their skills across disciplines.

    Responsibilities

+ Contribute to the design and development of new products, fixtures, and tooling using SolidWorks and SolidWorks CAM.

+ Execute functional testing, analyze results, and refine systems through iterative troubleshooting and adjustment.

+ Deliver technical support for existing machines and operations, including process documentation and updates to work instructions.

+ Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting lean manufacturing principles.

+ Participate in cross-functional projects involving R&D, quality, and operations.

    Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment (co-op or full-time).

+ Proficiency in CAD Modeling (SolidWorks preferred)

+ Familiarity with CAM software (SolidWorks Cam Preferred).

+ Working knowledge of CNC equipment, mechanical systems, and manual tools (e.g., lathes, drills, mills).

+ Understanding of technical drawings and GD&T.

+ Experience with process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

    + Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.

+ Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

+ Self-directed, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.

+ A team player with a continuous improvement focus and respect for craftsmanship and quality.

    Benefits

+ Anthem Health Insurance, including dental and vision, available

+ Nine paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick leave

+ Eligible to participate in a 401(k)-retirement plan with company matching

+ Access to archery equipment and facilities
