    Job Description

    We are seeking a professional Medical Receptionist to join our team in Jenks, United States. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative duties efficiently and professionally.

     

    + Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

    + Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

    + Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries

    + Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access

    + Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

    + Manage the office calendar, visitor scheduling system

    + Perform general administrative and clerical duties

    + Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain office supplies inventory

    + Ensure reception area is tidy and professional at all times

    + Support other departments with various administrative tasks

    + Process incoming referrals

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ years of reception or related customer service experience preferred

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong customer service orientation

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

    + Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Professional appearance and demeanor

    + Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accuracy in daily tasks

    + Experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, phone systems)

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    + Basic data entry and record-keeping abilities

    + Experience with insurance verification and authorizations

     

    Additional Information

    What We Offer:

    + Compensation pay range of $16-$17 per hour, depending on experience

    + Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
