Are you a passionate **Pilates Instructor** looking to make a real impact on people’s health and recovery? Join our dynamic **Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists** team, where movement meets healing!

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate instructor to provide **therapeutic, rehab-focused yoga and/or Pilates sessions** tailored to clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility. Working closely with our **physical therapists** , you’ll play a key role in **helping patients regain strength, flexibility, and confidence** in their movement.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead one-on-one and small group yoga/Pilates sessions

• Adapt programs for clients with injuries or mobility limitations

• Collaborate with physical therapists to support recovery plans

• Educate clients on proper movement and injury prevention

• Foster a welcoming and healing environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer)

• Experience working with injury rehabilitation or special populations (preferred)

• Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics

• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
