UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. The clinical teams at the area’s clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. Responsibilities

+ Hybrid role offering the opportunity to work both inpatient and outpatient in Neurology

+ Inpatient portion consists of hospital consults while the o utpatient portionincludes hospital follow-ups and general neurology

+ Full time opportunity to join an established and growing outpatient practice within a large multi-hospital health system network

+ Each provider has a dedicated nurse - the team has experienced nurses with combined 175 years of experience in neurology

+ Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

+ No call; 24/7 neurohospitalist support

Qualifications

+ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

+ Board Certified

+ Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa

+ Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice

+ Eligible to work in the United States
