Mailroom Operations Associate – Part Time

Onsite El Paso, TX

Pay: $14/hour

Schedule:

Training Hours:Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM (2-4 weeks)

Work Hours: Monday- Saturday 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Hours may vary)

We’re hiring a Mailroom Operations Associate! This is a hands-on, onsite position where you'll play a key role in daily mail and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include driving to the USPS station to pick up mail, slicing and sorting incoming mail, scanning documents, and assisting with basic quality control tasks. You'll be working in a structured, team-based environment with full training provided.

A Typical Day:

In this role, you’ll handle mail pickup, sorting, scanning, and basic quality checks, while supporting general warehouse tasks. The work involves driving, physical movement, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Drive to USPS station to pick up incoming mail (company vehicle provided)

+ Slice, sort, and scan incoming mail accurately

+ Assist with general warehouse tasks such as organizing and handling mail/packages

+ Perform basic quality control (QC) checks on mail and shipments

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the end of each day (EOD - Clean Desk)

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements:

+ Ability to work flexible hours as needed

+ Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, pull, and drive for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Prior knowledge of medical, hospital, or dental claims is a plus, but not required

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay Transparency

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
