Delivery Driver/Mounted Wheel Technician

Position Summary:

McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a Mounted Wheel Technician & Delivery Driver to join our growing team! This hybrid role includes mounting, balancing, and inspecting tires as well as handling delivery using company trucks. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being on the road occasionally—all while being home every night—this is the opportunity for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

Mounted Wheel Technician Duties:

+ Mount, dismount, and balance commercial and passenger tires

+ Use tire-changing and balancing machines safely and effectively

+ Inspect tires and wheels for damage and determine if repair or replacement is needed

+ Maintain and operate tools and equipment in proper condition

+ Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for handling tires and materials

+ Keep a clean and organized work area

Delivery Driver Duties:

+ Load and unload tires or wheels from trailers or box trucks

+ Safely operate company vehicles (manual and automatic)

+ Deliver products on scheduled routes in a timely, professional manner

+ Ensure all deliveries are documented and handled correctly

+ Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs

+ Follow DOT regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

+ 1+ year of delivery driving or tire-related experience preferred

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States

+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

+ Positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
