Job Summary:

Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) is seeking an advanced practice provider to join our expanding **Interventional/Structural Cardiology** practice in Asheville, North Carolina.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams

+ Has, and maintains, current license with the North Carolina Medical Board

+ BLS, ACLS certification required

+ New graduates welcome to apply

+ **Cardiology APP experience preferred; and/or cardiology clinical rotations**

Position Highlights:

+ **IP/OP Hybrid Position**

+ Provides comprehensive care for patients with acute coronary syndrome (STEMI, NSTEMI, UA), stable coronary artery disease, and structural heart conditions

+ **Covers both inpatient and outpatient setting**

+ Responsibilities include assessments/consults of patients, development of individualized treatment plans and providing patient education

+ Works closely with our team of Interventional Cardiologists

+ Works autonomously seeing patients in the outpatient clinic setting

+ Clinic Open M-F (Full or 1/2 day)

+ Schedule - 4, 10 hr shifts; or 5, 8 hr shifts

+ No night time coverage necessary

+ Potential for occasional weekends
