    We’re looking for a **full-time, temp-to-perm Data Engineer** to join our remote U.S.-based team. This role works in a modern, Microsoft-centric environment spanning multiple cloud platforms, with core technologies including **Snowflake, Python, and SQL** . You’ll help design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data infrastructure to power advanced data platforms.

    Contract Duration: 3 – 6 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

    + 4+ years in data engineering

    + Experience with Snowflake-based solutions

    + Designing and implementing large-scale cloud data solutions

    + Strong in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing principles

    + Proficient with Python and SQL

    + Experience in agile environments

    + Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)

    + Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams

    + Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues

    + Self-motivated and results-oriented

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Familiarity with big data technologies and modern data pipeline tools

    + Experience with multi-cloud environments

    + Background in procurement, supply chain, or ESG-related analytics

    + Experience optimizing Snowflake performance and cost efficiency

    + Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance standards

    + Strong documentation skills (runbooks, diagrams, data flow maps)
