Summary:

As a Production Lead, you will manage team member production. You will be responsible for supervising the team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Plan own work activities, including coordination of work activities of others

+ Monitor performance of team members within the crew

+ Assist with crew scheduling

+ Coordinate and assign duties of team members; provides team member training.

+ Ensure that production deadlines and requirements are met.

+ Keep records of production

+ Regularly perform product quality verifications.

+ Regularly perform scale inspections for accuracy

+ Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.

+ Assist with inventory tracking (APC)

+ Make sure hygiene and safety regulations are  followed.

+ Perform other duties, as assigned

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required

+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

+ One year related experience and/or training

+ Equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

+ Forklift certification.

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish

+ Basic PC knowledge

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Pay:  $18 Hourly
