Description We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join a dynamic and growing company in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the organization's digital presence by developing and maintaining innovative web applications. Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications to improve user experiences and meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.

• Work on a variety of web development projects using open-source and other programming languages.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal website performance.

• Stay updated on emerging web development technologies and integrate them as needed.

• Drive innovation by proposing and implementing improvements to existing systems.

• Create responsive and user-friendly designs for websites and applications.

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Support the integration of web services and APIs to enhance system capabilities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.

• Proven experience in web development, including proficiency in at least two programming languages such as PHP, C#, or .NET.

• Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery).

• Experience with web services and API integrations.

• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
