Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Maitland, Florida. This role is critical in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in payroll, receivables, payables, and cash management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting principles and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

• Manage retirement calculations and ensure remittance compliance.

• Oversee organizational financial management, including maintaining HR files and handling employee onboarding and offboarding.

• Post receivables and review payables for approval.

• Review and record deposits from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, including initiating investment transfers.

• Balance and maintain all trust fund accounts with precision.

• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure proper documentation.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate records. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

• Proficiency in month-end close procedures and general ledger management.

• Demonstrated experience with financial statement audits and account reconciliation.

• Strong knowledge of journal entries and accounting principles.

• Familiarity with Blackbaud software is highly desirable.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
