Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a dynamic contract-to-hire opportunity in Princeton, NJ, offering a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The ideal candidate will bring expertise in contract lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and rebate/discount programs while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Contract Lifecycle:
+ Assist in the drafting, negotiation, execution, and management of payer, specialty pharmacy, and GPO agreements, including rebate, discount, and data-sharing contracts.
+ Ensure contracts comply with organizational requirements and regulatory guidelines.
2. Execute Contract Operations:
+ Supervise the setup, validation, and implementation of contract terms in relevant systems.
+ Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
3. Validate and Process Rebates:
+ Collaborate with Rebate Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate rebate calculations and timely payments.
+ Address discrepancies and ensure compliance with rebate terms.
4. Foster Cross-Functional Partnerships:
+ Build strong working relationships with Legal, Finance, Pricing, Market Access, Trade, and Compliance teams to ensure effective contract alignment and execution.
+ Act as a key point of contact to resolve contract-related issues collaboratively.
5. Manage Contract Systems:
+ Utilize and maintain contract management and rebate tools (e.g., Model N, Revitas, Vistex, iContracts) to track contract performance, validation, and intake processes.
Requirements • Extensive experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration, specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in managing rebate agreements, chargebacks, and pricing structures.
• Familiarity with contract management systems such as Model N, Revitas, Vistex, or iContracts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and compliance with government pricing regulations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Market Access.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing and validating contract terms.
• Proven track record of optimizing contract processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
