Customer Service Representative
**Location:** [Swedesboro, NJ]
**Assignment Type:** Onsite
**Pay Rate:** $ 20.00/hour
**Schedule:** Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced **Customer Service Representative** . This is an onsite role where you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, business partners, and drivers — ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
+ Communicate with customers and business partners via phone and email
+ Address and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
+ Diagnose, assess, and troubleshoot issues effectively
+ Monitor the progress of delivery routes
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications
Required:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ year of related experience, ideally in a call center environment
+ Strong customer service skills with proven issue-resolution ability
+ Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering high-quality solutions

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
