• Service Manager

    Adecco US, Inc. (West Valley City, UT)


    We’re looking for an experienced **Service Manager** to lead our truck and fleet service operations. You’ll supervise mechanics and technicians, manage shop workflow, maintain inventory, and ensure safe, high-quality repairs. This role also involves building strong customer relationships and overseeing budgets. Occasional travel is required for field service calls and training.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead and schedule daily/weekly shop work orders

    + Oversee preventive maintenance and repair quality

    + Manage parts, tools, and inventory levels

    + Coordinate work with outside service providers

    + Handle service quotations, charge-backs, and customer follow-up

    + Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

    + Train, mentor, and review shop staff

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 3+ years in service shop management

    + 5+ years as an industrial, heavy equipment, or truck mechanic

    + Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Excellent leadership and communication skills

    **Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
