Derek is a vibrant and athletic young adult who recently experienced a life-altering accident. Once a proud football lineman and baseball player, he was known for his strength, teamwork, and perseverance. In December 2024, he survived a devastating car accident that left him with a spinal cord injury and a new reality: quadriplegia. Through incredible resilience and faith, Derek continues to approach each day with the heart of an athlete—determined, positive, and full of hope. We Are Hiring: Full-Time Private Duty Nurses (LVN) Location: Sudan, TX Shifts: Day and night shifts available – consistent scheduling Pay: Weekly   Who You Are: A licensed LVN in the state of Texas Experienced in—or willing to be trained on—trach and vent care Passionate about pediatric or young adult home health Reliable, nurturing, and skilled at building trust Ready to be part of a dedicated, professional team that treats patients like family   Why This Role Matters: You won’t just be clocking in and out—you’ll be building a relationship, restoring dignity, and making a lasting impact on a remarkable young life.
