    Job Title: Business System Analyst

     

    Position Location: Pittsburgh; Two PNC

    Current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting:

    BSA to support use case creation for PNC ONE project. Track project planning and workforce planning, provides approval and business operations tool.

    Industry background:

    Previous work in technology

     

    User Experience background preferred

    Team Dynamic:

    Will work closely with Product owner, BSA, as well as technical team

    Day to Day Responsibilities:

    Writing User Stories

     

    User Acceptance Testing

     

    Collaboration

     

    Stand ups

     

    Wireframing

     

    Must have technical skills/experience

     

    Scrum Master experience

     

    Agile

     

    Write user stories and acceptance criteria

     

    Jira/ Confluence

     

    User Experience background (Wireframing)

    Flex Skills:

    Microsoft PowerPlatform- technical stack
