    Phoenix Home Care has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Field Supervisor in the Branson, MO area!

     

    We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused leader to join our team as an In-Home Field Supervisor. In this role, you’ll mentor caregivers, ensure top-quality client care, and build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Open new cases & complete paperwork

    + Mentor and train field staff in client homes

    + Conduct quality field visits

    + Support the office team as needed

    + Address and report any concerns in the field

    What You’ll Need:

    + 18+ years old

    + High school diploma or equivalent (CNA preferred)

    + Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

    + 1–2 years caregiving experience

    + Able to pass background check & drug screen
